1. Returns Because our products are ingestible health supplements, we do not accept standard returns once the product has been shipped and delivered.

2. Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items In the rare and unfortunate event that you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect product, we will gladly issue a free replacement.

• How to claim: You must raise a replacement request within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

• Unboxing Video: To help us process your request quickly, please record a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the package as received, the removal of protective materials, and the specific damage or defect.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellations: You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order is marked as “Shipped,” it cannot be canceled.
